This original pastel drawing of a Dentzel Carousel Pig by Alice DeCaprio

            is signed by the famous artist. The picture stands 24 1/2" tall x 30 1/2" wide x 1 1/4" thick and is in excellent condition. This art is triple matted, and is in a gold metal frame. All you have to do is to hang it on the wall. Dominating the center of this art is a large black carousel pig with a blue bow around its neck, resting on a brass pole. The saddle, saddle pad and trappings are in brown, orange, yellow and blue. The background is brown. The mat colors are brown, melon and white. We will be offering more limited editions and signed artwork by this talented contemporary artist in the future. Alice DeCaprio is one of the first artists involved with the resurgence of the carousel market in the 1980's. She is well known throughout the carousel world and because of her wonderful sense of color and form, the animals are true to the originals.

         Set of four black and white stone lithographs. Head study of Illions' Carousel Horse Flying Mane Jumper. Signed and numbered by artist, Wendy R. Merillat in 1995. Pictures measure 19 1/2" tall x 15 1/4" wide x 1 1/4" thick and are all framed in black metal. The white, off-center lithographs have ragged edges. All are in excellent condition, and ready to hang. Right head study is signed and numbered 2/8. Left head study is signed and numbered 1/10. Front view looking up head study is signed and numbered 1/6. Reverse romance side is signed and numbered 1/6. All dated '95.

"Carrousel". Sculpture: Iron plate covered with hand-colored paper mache. Hand-crafted in 2009.

Editioned but not numbered. Signed "Felguerez" on the waist of each figure. Excellent condition. 20 in. height x 11 in. width x 11 in. depth.

Completely hand-crafted in the workshop of Arte Felguerez, Mexico City, based on designs created in 1964 by Manuel Felguerez (Mexican, b.1928). Felguerez was a disciple of Ossip Zadkine at the Grande Chaumière in Paris in the late 1940’s, and also studied with Francisco Zuñiga at the painting and sculpture school "La Esmeralda" in Mexico City in the early 1950's. Felguerez's designs originally were hand-crafted by his brother, Luis Felguerez Barra (1935-2005), and now by his son, Luis Felguerez Lassard. Large Vintage Mid Century Modern Wood Horse Head

       What a wonderful  horse head, Carved in Italy.  Fantastic mid century modern carved wooden horse head.

This beautiful horse head measures 28" long by 13" high and 6" wide. It weighs 10 pounds.

      I think this is beachwood.

Superb sleek and smooth design. Not a carousel horse but many of the same details.

      There is a felt pad on the bottom with a Made In Italy label.

This is a fantastic Curtis Jere  Carousel Horse  wire sculpture. Wall hanging

The size of this sculpture is awesome measuring approximately 49" long x 39" tall x 5" deep. 

        The horse is made of enameled heavy gauge wire.

It depicts a Carousel horse on the Brass pole.  

       Colors are White and gold body, trim colors are Blue, Pink, and Green.

The whole sculpture is very three dimensional as all of the bits have several levels giving it great depth. 

It is signed and dated as seen in the photos. . 

  This is a great vintage piece 1986-7 very good condition
